By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital planners, habit trackers, or templates from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INSTANT DELIVERY

Hey Trackora LLC specializes exclusively in downloadable digital products, including but not limited to interactive PDF planners, PNG digital sticker packs, GoodNotes files, and spreadsheet trackers.

No Physical Shipping: No physical items will be shipped to your mailing address.
Instant Access: Upon completing checkout, your digital files will be rendered available on the confirmation screen and delivered via an automated email containing your download links.
App & Device Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you possess a compatible tablet device, stylus, and PDF annotation application (such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or Xodo) required to open and use our products.

3. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products, designs, layouts, graphics, branding, and content available on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Hey Trackora LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Standard Personal License: Unless explicitly labeled otherwise (e.g., specific commercial, PLR, or MRR license bundles), every purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license for individual use only.
Restrictions: You may not re-sell, redistribute, share, host, reproduce, or claim our files as your own, whether in their original or modified form. Sharing files with family, friends, or online communities without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Commercial / MRR Bundles: Products specifically designated with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) are governed by the specific terms attached within that product bundle.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card or method utilized in connection with any purchase.

5. REFUNDS, SWAPS & 30-DAY HAPPINESS PROMISE

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, sales are generally final once files have been delivered. However, we stand behind our products with a 30-Day Happiness Promise:

If a layout or format does not click with your workflow or device, please contact us at heytrackora@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
We will gladly assist you with technical setup, swap the item for an alternative planner or tracker of equal value, or provide store credit.

6. USER CONDUCT

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
To submit false or misleading information during checkout or in communications with us.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

Our products and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability.

In no case shall Hey Trackora LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any of our digital planners, trackers, or templates.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
